καιG2532 And καλύψειG2572 will be covered τηνG3588 the όψινG3799 appearance τηςG3588 of the γηςG1093 earth, καιG2532 and ουG3756 you will not δυνήσηG1410 be able κατιδείν to look down τηνG3588 at the γηνG1093 ground, καιG2532 and κατέδεταιG2719 will be eaten up πανG3956 all τοG3588 the περισσόνG4053 extra τοG3588 καταλειφθένG2641 being left behind οG3739 which κατέλιπενG2641 left behind υμίνG1473 for you ηG3588 the χάλαζαG5464 hail. καιG2532 And κατέδεταιG2719 will be eaten up πανG3956 every τοG3588 ξύλονG3586 tree τοG3588 φυόμενονG5453 germinating υμίνG1473 of yours επίG1909 upon τηςG3588 the γηςG1093 land.

καιG2532 And πλησθήσονταίG4130 I will fill σουG1473 your αιG3588 οικίαιG3614 houses, καιG2532 and αιG3588 the οικίαιG3614 houses τωνG3588 θεραπόντων σουG2324 of your attendants, καιG2532 and πάσαιG3956 all αιG3588 the οικίαιG3614 houses ενG1722 in πάσηG3956 all τηG3588 the γηG1093 land τωνG3588 of the Αιγυπτίων Egyptians, αG3739 which ουδέποτεG3763 at no time εωράκασινG3708 have seen οιG3588 πατέρες σουG3962 your fathers, ουδ΄G3761 nor οιG3588 πρόπαπποι αυτώνG1473 their forefathers, αφ΄G575 from ηςG3739 which ημέραςG2250 day γεγόνασινG1096 they were επίG1909 upon τηςG3588 the γηςG1093 land, έωςG2193 until τηςG3588 ταύτηςG3778 this ημέραςG2250 day. καιG2532 And εκκλίναςG1578 turning aside εξήλθενG1831 he went forth απόG575 from Φαραώ Pharaoh.

καιG2532 And λέγουσιG3004 say οιG3588 the θεράποντεςG2324 attendants Φαραώ of Pharaoh προςG4314 to αυτόνG1473 him, έωςG2193 For τίνοςG5100 how long έσται τούτοG3778 will this be ημίνG1473 to us σκώλον an impediment? εξαπόστειλονG1821 Send out τουςG3588 the ανθρώπουςG444 men! όπωςG3704 so that λατρεύσωσιG3000 they may serve κυρίωG2962 to the lord τωG3588 θεώ αυτώνG2316 their God. ηG2228 Or ειδέναιG1492 to see βούλειG1014 do you prefer ότιG3754 that απόλωλενG622 they destroy Αίγυπτος Egypt?

καιG2532 And απέστρεψανG654 returned τονG3588 τεG5037 both Μωυσήν Moses καιG2532 and Ααρών Aaron προςG4314 to Φαραώ Pharaoh. καιG2532 And είπενG2036 he said αυτοίςG1473 to them, πορεύεσθεG4198 Go, καιG2532 and λατρεύσατεG3000 serve κυρίωG2962 to the lord τωG3588 θεώ υμώνG2316 your God! τίνες δεG5100 But which καιG2532 and τίνεςG5100 who εισίν are οιG3588 the ones πορευόμενοιG4198 going?

καιG2532 And λέγει ΜωυσήςG3004 Moses says, συνG4862 With τοιςG3588 the νεανίσκοιςG3495 young καιG2532 and τοιςG3588 the πρεσβυτέροιςG4245 older πορευσόμεθαG4198 we will go; συνG4862 with τοιςG3588 our υιοίςG5207 sons, καιG2532 and θυγατράσιG2364 daughters, καιG2532 and προβάτοιςG4263 sheep, καιG2532 and βουσίν ημώνG1016 our oxen; έστι γαρG1063 for it is ηG3588 the εορτήG1859 holiday κυρίουG2962 of the lord τουG3588 θεόυ ημώνG2316 our God.

καιG2532 And είπεG2036 he said προςG4314 to αυτούςG1473 them, έστω Let it be ούτωG3779 so! κύριοςG2962 The lord μεθ΄G3326 be with υμώνG1473 you, καθότιG2530 in so far as αποστέλλωG649 I send υμάςG1473 you; μηG3361 but should καιG2532 also τηνG3588 αποσκευήν υμώνG1473 your belongings? ίδετεG1492 See! ότιG3754 for πονηρίαG4189 wickedness πρόσκειται lies near υμίνG1473 to you.

μηG3361 Not ούτωςG3779 so, πορεύεσθεG4198 let go forth οιG3588 the άνδρεςG435 men καιG2532 and λατρεύσατεG3000 serve τωG3588 θεώG2316 God! τούτο γαρG3778 for this αυτοίG1473 they εκζητείτεG1567 seek after. εξέβαλον δεG1544 And they cast αυτούςG1473 them απόG575 from προσώπουG4383 the face Φαραώ of Pharaoh.

είπεG2036 said δεG1161 And κύριοςG2962 the lord προςG4314 to Μωυσήν Moses, έκτεινονG1614 Stretch out τηνG3588 χείρά σουG5495 your hand επίG1909 upon τηνG3588 the γηνG1093 land Αιγύπτου of Egypt! καιG2532 and αναβήτωG305 let ascend ακρίςG200 the locust επίG1909 upon τηνG3588 the γηνG1093 land, καιG2532 and κατέδεταιG2719 it will eat up πάσανG3956 all τηνG3588 the βοτάνηνG1008 pasturage τηςG3588 of the γηςG1093 land, καιG2532 and πάνταG3956 all τονG3588 the καρπόνG2590 fruit τωνG3588 of the ξύλωνG3586 trees ονG3739 which υπελίπετοG5275 left behind ηG3588 the χάλαζαG5464 hail.

καιG2532 And εξέτεινε ΜωυσήςG1614 Moses stretched out τηνG3588 the ράβδονG4464 rod ειςG1519 into τονG3588 the ουρανόνG3772 heaven, καιG2532 and κύριοςG2962 the lord επήγαγενG1863 brought άνεμονG417 wind νότονG3558 the south επίG1909 upon τηνG3588 the γηνG1093 land όληνG3650 entire τηνG3588 ημέρανG2250 day εκείνηνG1565 that καιG2532 and όληνG3650 entire τηνG3588 νύκταG3571 night. τοπρωϊG4404 In the morning εγενήθηG1096 came οG3588 the άνεμοςG417 wind οG3588 νότοςG3558 south ανέλαβεG353 lifting up τηνG3588 the ακρίδαG200 locust,

καιG2532 and ανήγαγενG321 it led αυτήνG1473 it επίG1909 upon πάσανG3956 all τηνG3588 the γηνG1093 land Αιγύπτου of Egypt. καιG2532 And κατέπαυσενG2664 it rested επίG1909 upon πάνταG3956 all ταG3588 the όριαG3725 boundaries Αιγύπτου of Egypt - πολλήG4183 many, σφόδραG4970 exceedingly. προτέραG4387 Prior αυτήςG1473 of them ου γέγονεG3756 there were not τοιαύτηG5108 such ακρίςG200 locust, καιG2532 and μετάG3326 after ταύτηνG3778 this ουκ έσταιG3756 there will not be ούτωςG3779 so.

καιG2532 And εκάλυψεG2572 they covered τηνG3588 the όψινG3799 appearance τηςG3588 of the γηςG1093 land, καιG2532 and εφθάρηG5351 corrupted ηG3588 the γηG1093 land, καιG2532 and κατέφαγεG2719 ate up πάσανG3956 all τηνG3588 the βοτάνηνG1008 pasturage τηςG3588 of the γηςG1093 land, καιG2532 and πάνταG3956 all τονG3588 the καρπόνG2590 fruit τωνG3588 of the ξύλωνG3586 trees, οςG3739 which υπελείφθηG5275 were left behind απόG575 from τηςG3588 the χαλάζηςG5464 hail. ου υπελειφθηG3756 There was not left χλωρόνG5515 a green thing, ουδένG3762 not one thing ενG1722 among τοιςG3588 the ξύλοιςG3586 trees, καιG2532 even ενG1722 in πάσηG3956 all βοτάνηG1008 the pasturage τουG3588 of the πεδίου plain ενG1722 in πάσηG3956 all γηG1093 the land Αιγύπτου of Egypt.

κατέσπευσε hastened δεG1161 And Φαραώ Pharaoh καλέσαιG2564 to call Μωυσήν Moses καιG2532 and Ααρών Aaron, λέγωνG3004 saying, ημάρτηκαG264 I have sinned εναντίονG1726 before κυρίουG2962 the lord τουG3588 θεού υμώνG2316 your God, καιG2532 and ειςG1519 against υμάςG1473 you.

προσδέξασθεG4327 Favorably receive ουνG3767 then μουG1473 my τηνG3588 αμαρτίανG266 sin έτιG2089 still νυνG3568 now, καιG2532 and προσεύξασθεG4336 pray προςG4314 to κύριονG2962 the lord τονG3588 θεόν υμώνG2316 your God, καιG2532 and περιελέτωG4014 remove απ΄G575 from εμούG1473 me τονG3588 θάνατον τούτονG2288 this plague!

εξήλθεG1831 went forth δεG1161 And Μωυσής Moses απόG575 from Φαραώ Pharaoh, καιG2532 and ηύξατοG2172 made a vow προςG4314 to τονG3588 θεόνG2316 God.

καιG2532 And μετέβαλε κύριοςG3328 the lord turned άνεμονG417 wind απόG575 from θαλάσσηςG2281 the sea σφοδρόν a vehement, καιG2532 and άνελαβεG353 it took up τηνG3588 the ακρίδαG200 locust, καιG2532 and ενέβαλενG1685 cast αυτήνG1473 it ειςG1519 into τηνG3588 the ερυθράνG2063 red θάλασσανG2281 sea. καιG2532 And ουχ υπελείφθηG3756 there was not left behind ακρίςG200 locust μίαG1520 one ενG1722 in πάσηG3956 all γηG1093 the land Αιγύπτου of Egypt.

καιG2532 And εσκλήρυνε κύριοςG4645 the lord hardened τηνG3588 the καρδίανG2588 heart Φαραώ of Pharaoh, καιG2532 and ουκG3756 he did not εξαπέστειλεG1821 send out τουςG3588 the υιούςG5207 sons Ισραήλ of Israel.

είπεG2036 said δεG1161 And κύριοςG2962 the lord προςG4314 to Μωυσήν Moses, έκτεινονG1614 Stretch out τηνG3588 the χείραG5495 hand ειςG1519 into τονG3588 the ουρανόνG3772 heaven, καιG2532 and γενηθήτωG1096 let become σκότοςG4655 darkness επίG1909 upon γηςG1093 the land Αιγύπτου of Egypt - ψηλαφητόν a tangible σκότοςG4655 darkness!

εξέτεινεG1614 stretched out δεG1161 And Μωυσής Moses τηνG3588 the χείραG5495 hand ειςG1519 unto τονG3588 the ουρανόνG3772 heaven. καιG2532 And εγένετοG1096 there was σκότοςG4655 darkness, γνόφοςG1105 dimness, καιG2532 and θύελλαG2366 a storm επίG1909 upon πάσανG3956 all γηνG1093 the land Αιγύπτου of Egypt τρειςG5140 three ημέραςG2250 days.

καιG2532 And ουκG3756 not είδενG1492 know ουδείςG3762 did anyone τονG3588 αδελφόν αυτούG80 his brother, καιG2532 and ουκG3756 not εξανέστηG1817 rise up ουδείςG3762 did anyone εκG1537 from τηςG3588 κοίτης αυτούG2845 his bed τρειςG5140 for three ημέραςG2250 days. πάσι δεG3956 But to all τοιςG3588 the υιοίςG5207 sons Ισραήλ of Israel ην there was φωςG5457 light ενG1722 in πάσινG3956 all places οιςG3739 in which κατεγίνοντο they occupied.

καιG2532 And εκάλεσε ΦαραώG2564 Pharaoh called Μωυσήν Moses καιG2532 and Ααρών Aaron, λέγωνG3004 saying, βαδίζετε Proceed, λατρεύσατεG3000 serve κυρίωG2962 the lord τωG3588 θεώ υμώνG2316 your God! πληνG4133 only τωνG3588 the προβάτωνG4263 sheep καιG2532 and τωνG3588 the βοώνG1016 oxen υπολείπεσθεG5275 leave behind! καιG2532 but ηG3588 αποσκευή υμώνG1473 your belongings αποτρεχέτω let run μεθ΄G3326 with υμώνG1473 you!

καιG2532 And είπε ΜωυσήςG2036 Moses said, αλλάG235 But καιG2532 also συG1473 you δώσειςG1325 shall give ημίνG1473 us means for ολοκαυτώματαG3646 whole burnt-offerings καιG2532 and θυσίαςG2378 sacrifices αG3739 which ποιήσομενG4160 we will make κυρίωG2962 to the lord τωG3588 θεώ ημώνG2316 our God.

καιG2532 And ταG3588 κτήνη ημώνG2934 our cattle πορεύσεταιG4198 shall go μεθ΄G3326 with ημώνG1473 us, καιG2532 and ουχG3756 we shall not υπολειψόμεθαG5275 leave behind οπλήν a hoof. απ΄G575 of αυτώνG1473 them γαρG1063 For ληψόμεθαG2983 we shall take λατρεύσαιG3000 to serve κυρίωG2962 the lord τωG3588 θεώ ημώνG2316 our God. ημείς δεG1473 But we ουκ οίδαμενG3756 know not τιG5100 how λατρεύσομενG3000 we shall serve κυρίωG2962 the lord τωG3588 θεώ ημώνG2316 our God έωςG2193 until τουG3588 the ελθείνG2064 arriving ημάςG1473 of us εκείG1563 there.

εσκλήρυνεG4645 hardened δεG1161 But κύριοςG2962 the lord τηνG3588 the καρδίανG2588 heart Φαραώ of Pharaoh, καιG2532 and ουκG3756 he did not εβουλήθηG1014 want εξαποστείλαιG1821 to send αυτούςG1473 them.

καιG2532 And λέγει ΦαραώG3004 Pharaoh says, άπελθεG565 Go forth απ΄G575 from εμούG1473 me! πρόσεχεG4337 Take heed σεαυτώG4572 to yourself έτιG2089 yet προσθείναιG4369 to add ιδείνG1492 to see μουG1473 my τοG3588 πρόσωπονG4383 face! η δ ανG3739 for whatever ημέραG2250 day οφθήςG3708 you should see μοιG1473 me, αποθανήG599 you shall die.
