Tytuł oryginalnyDeuteronomy
When a manH376 hath takenH3947 a wife,H802 and marriedH1166 her, and it come to pass that she findH4672 no favourH2580 in his eyes,H5869 because he hath foundH4672 someH1697 uncleannessH6172 in her: then let him writeH3789 her a billH5612 of divorcement,H3748 and giveH5414 it in her hand,H3027 and sendH7971 her out of his house.H1004
And when she is departed outH3318 of his house,H1004 she may goH1980 and be anotherH312 man'sH376 wife.
And if the latterH314 husbandH376 hateH8130 her, and writeH3789 her a billH5612 of divorcement,H3748 and givethH5414 it in her hand,H3027 and sendethH7971 her out of his house;H1004 or if the latterH314 husbandH376 die,H4191 which tookH3947 her to be his wife;H802
Her formerH7223 husband,H1167 which sent her away,H7971 mayH3201 not takeH3947 her againH7725 to be his wife,H802 afterH310 that she is defiled;H2930 for that is abominationH8441 beforeH6440 the LORD:H3068 and thou shalt not cause the landH776 to sin,H2398 which the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 givethH5414 thee for an inheritance.H5159
When a manH376 hath takenH3947 a newH2319 wife,H802 he shall not go outH3318 to war,H6635 neither shall he be chargedH5674 with any business:H1697 but he shall be freeH5355 at homeH1004 oneH259 year,H8141 and shall cheer upH8055 his wifeH802 which he hath taken.H3947
No man shall takeH2254 the netherH7347 or the upper millstoneH7393 to pledge:H2254 for he takethH2254 a man's lifeH5315 to pledge.H2254
If a manH376 be foundH4672 stealingH1589 anyH5315 of his brethrenH251 of the childrenH1121 of Israel,H3478 and maketh merchandiseH6014 of him, or sellethH4376 him; then that thiefH1590 shall die;H4191 and thou shalt putH1197 evilH7451 awayH1197 from amongH7130 you.
Take heedH8104 in the plagueH5061 of leprosy,H6883 that thou observeH8104 diligently,H3966 and doH6213 according to all that the priestsH3548 the LevitesH3881 shall teachH3384 you: as I commandedH6680 them, so ye shall observeH8104 to do.H6213
RememberH2142 what the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 didH6213 unto MiriamH4813 by the way,H1870 after that ye were come forthH3318 out of Egypt.H4714
When thou dost lendH5383 thy brotherH7453 anyH3972 thing,H4859 thou shalt not goH935 into his houseH1004 to fetchH5670 his pledge.H5667
Thou shalt standH5975 abroad,H2351 and the manH376 to whom thou dost lendH5383 shall bring outH3318 the pledgeH5667 abroadH2351 unto thee.
In any caseH7725 thou shalt deliverH7725 him the pledgeH5667 againH7725 when the sunH8121 goeth down,H935 that he may sleepH7901 in his own raiment,H8008 and blessH1288 thee: and it shall be righteousnessH6666 unto thee beforeH6440 the LORDH3068 thy God.H430
Thou shalt not oppressH6231 an hired servantH7916 that is poorH6041 and needy,H34 whether he be of thy brethren,H251 or of thy strangersH1616 that are in thy landH776 within thy gates:H8179
At his dayH3117 thou shalt giveH5414 him his hire,H7939 neither shall the sunH8121 go downH935 upon it; for he is poor,H6041 and settethH5375 his heartH5315 upon it: lest he cryH7121 against thee unto the LORD,H3068 and it be sinH2399 unto thee.
The fathersH1 shall not be put to deathH4191 for the children,H1121 neither shall the childrenH1121 be put to deathH4191 for the fathers:H1 every manH376 shall be put to deathH4191 for his own sin.H2399
Thou shalt not pervertH5186 the judgmentH4941 of the stranger,H1616 nor of the fatherless;H3490 nor takeH2254 a widow'sH490 raimentH899 to pledge:H2254
But thou shalt rememberH2142 that thou wast a bondmanH5650 in Egypt,H4714 and the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 redeemedH6299 thee thence: therefore I commandH6680 thee to doH6213 this thing.H1697
When thou cuttest downH7114 thine harvestH7105 in thy field,H7704 and hast forgotH7911 a sheafH6016 in the field,H7704 thou shalt not go againH7725 to fetchH3947 it: it shall be for the stranger,H1616 for the fatherless,H3490 and for the widow:H490 that the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 may blessH1288 thee in all the workH4639 of thine hands.H3027
When thou beatestH2251 thine olive tree,H2132 thou shalt not go over the boughsH6286 again:H310 it shall be for the stranger,H1616 for the fatherless,H3490 and for the widow.H490
When thou gatherestH1219 the grapes of thy vineyard,H3754 thou shalt not gleanH5953 it afterward:H310 it shall be for the stranger,H1616 for the fatherless,H3490 and for the widow.H490
And thou shalt rememberH2142 that thou wast a bondmanH5650 in the landH776 of Egypt:H4714 therefore I commandH6680 thee to doH6213 this thing.H1697
