ο δε^G3588 But the όφις^G3789 serpent ην was φρονιμώτατος^G5429 most skilled πάντων^G3956 of all των^G3588 the θηρίων^G2342 wild beasts, των^G3588 of the ones επί^G1909 upon της^G3588 the γης^G1093 earth ων^G3739 whom εποίησε^G4160 made κύριος^G2962 the lord ο^G3588 θεός^G2316 God. και^G2532 And είπεν^G2036 said ο^G3588 the όφις^G3789 serpent τη^G3588 to the γυναικί^G1135 woman, τι ότι^G5100 For why είπεν^G2036 said ο^G3588 θεός^G2316 God, ου μη No way φάγητε^G2068 should you eat από^G575 from παντός^G3956 all ξύλου^G3586 of a tree του^G3588 of the παραδείσου^G3857 paradise?

3:2

και^G2532 And είπεν^G2036 said η^G3588 the γυνή^G1135 woman, από^G575 From καρπού^G2590 fruit του^G3588 of the ξύλου^G3586 tree του^G3588 of the παραδείσου^G3857 paradise φαγόμεθα^G2068 we shall eat;

3:3

από δε^G575 but from του^G3588 the καρπού^G2590 fruit του^G3588 of the ξύλου^G3586 tree ο^G3739 which εστιν is εν^G1722 in μέσω^G3319 the middle του^G3588 of the παραδείσου^G3857 paradise, είπεν ο θεός^G2036 God said, ου φάγεσθε^G3756 Eat not απ΄^G575 from αυτού^G1473 it, ου δε μη nor άψησθε^G680 touch αυτού^G1473 it! ίνα^G2443 that μη^G3361 you should not αποθάνητε^G599 die.

3:4

και^G2532 And είπεν^G2036 said ο^G3588 the όφις^G3789 serpent τη^G3588 to the γυναικί^G1135 woman, ου^G3756 Not θανάτω^G2288 to death αποθανείσθε^G599 will you die.

3:5

ήδει^G1492 knows γαρ^G1063 For ο^G3588 θεός^G2316 God ότι^G3754 that η^G3739 in which αν^G302 ever ημέρα^G2250 day φάγητε^G2068 you should eat απ΄^G575 of αυτού^G1473 it, διανοιχθήσονται^G1272 will be opened wide υμών^G1473 your οι^G3588 οφθαλμοί^G3788 eyes, και^G2532 and έσεσθε you will be ως^G5613 as θεοί^G2316 gods, γινώσκοντες^G1097 knowing καλόν^G2570 good και^G2532 and πονηρόν^G4190 evil.

3:6

και^G2532 And είδεν^G1492 beheld η^G3588 the γυνή^G1135 woman ότι^G3754 that καλόν^G2570 is good το^G3588 the ξύλον^G3586 tree εις^G1519 for βρώσιν^G1035 food, και^G2532 and ότι^G3754 that αρεστόν^G701 it is pleasing τοις^G3588 to the οφθαλμοίς^G3788 eyes ιδείν^G1492 to behold, και^G2532 and ωραίόν εστι^G5611 is beautiful του^G3588 κατανοήσαι^G2657 for contemplating. και^G2532 And λαβούσα^G2983 having taken του^G3588 the καρπού^G2590 fruit αυτού^G1473 of it, έφαγε^G2068 she ate, και^G2532 and έδωκε^G1325 she gave και^G2532 also τω^G3588 to ανδρί αυτής^G435 her husband μετ΄^G3326 with αυτής^G1473 her, και^G2532 and έφαγον^G2068 they ate.

3:7

και^G2532 And διηνοίχθησαν^G1272 were opened wide οι^G3588 the οφθαλμοί^G3788 eyes των^G3588 of the δύο^G1417 two, και^G2532 and έγνωσαν^G1097 they knew ότι^G3754 that γυμνοί ήσαν^G1131 they were naked. και^G2532 And έρραψαν they sewed φύλλα^G5444 leaves συκής^G4808 of a fig-tree, και^G2532 and εποίησαν^G4160 made αυτοίς^G1473 to themselves περιζώματα loincloths.

3:8

και^G2532 And ήκουσαν^G191 they heard της^G3588 the φωνής^G5456 voice κυρίου^G2962 of the lord του^G3588 θεού^G2316 God περιπατούντος^G4043 walking εν^G1722 in τω^G3588 the παραδείσω^G3857 paradise το^G3588 δειλινόν at dusk. και^G2532 And εκρύβησαν^G2928 hid ο^G3739 τε^G5037 both Αδάμ Adam και^G2532 and η^G3588 γυνή αυτού^G1135 his wife από^G575 from προσώπου^G4383 the face κυρίου^G2962 of the lord του^G3588 θεού^G2316 God εν^G1722 in μέσω^G3319 the midst του^G3588 of the ξύλου^G3586 tree του^G3588 of the παραδείσου^G3857 paradise.

3:9

και^G2532 And εκάλεσεν ο θεός^G2564 God called τον^G3588 Αδάμ Adam, και^G2532 and είπεν^G2036 said αυτώ^G1473 to him, Αδάμ Adam, που^G4226 Where ει are you?
