And they keptH6213 the passoverH6453 on the fourteenthH6240, H702 dayH3117 of the firstH7223 monthH2320 at evenH6153 in the wildernessH4057 of Sinai:H5514 according to all that the LORDH3068 commandedH6680 Moses,H4872 so didH6213 the childrenH1121 of Israel.H3478

And there were certain men,H582 who were defiledH2931 by the dead bodyH5315 of a man,H120 that they couldH3201 not keepH6213 the passoverH6453 on that day:H3117 and they cameH7126 beforeH6440 MosesH4872 and beforeH6440 AaronH175 on that day:H3117

And thoseH1992 menH582 saidH559 unto him, We are defiledH2931 by the dead bodyH5315 of a man:H120 wherefore are we kept back,H1639 that we may not offerH7126 an offeringH7133 of the LORDH3068 in his appointed seasonH4150 amongH8432 the childrenH1121 of Israel?H3478

And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto them, Stand still,H5975 and I will hearH8085 what the LORDH3068 will commandH6680 concerning you.

And the LORDH3068 spakeH1696 unto Moses,H4872 saying,H559

SpeakH1696 unto the childrenH1121 of Israel,H3478 saying,H559 If anyH376 manH376 of you or of your posterityH1755 shall be uncleanH2931 by reason of a dead body,H5315 or be in a journeyH1870 afar off,H7350 yet he shall keepH6213 the passoverH6453 unto the LORD.H3068
9:11
The fourteenthH6240, H702 dayH3117 of the secondH8145 monthH2320 at evenH6153 they shall keepH6213 it, and eatH398 it with unleavened breadH4682 and bitterH4844 herbs.

They shall leaveH7604 none of it unto the morning,H1242 nor breakH7665 any boneH6106 of it: according to all the ordinancesH2708 of the passoverH6453 they shall keepH6213 it.

But the manH376 that is clean,H2889 and is not in a journey,H1870 and forbearethH2308 to keepH6213 the passover,H6453 even the same soulH5315 shall be cut offH3772 from among his people:H5971 because he broughtH7126 not the offeringH7133 of the LORDH3068 in his appointed season,H4150 that manH376 shall bearH5375 his sin.H2399

And if a strangerH1616 shall sojournH1481 among you, and will keepH6213 the passoverH6453 unto the LORD;H3068 according to the ordinanceH2708 of the passover,H6453 and according to the mannerH4941 thereof, so shall he do:H6213 ye shall have oneH259 ordinance,H2708 both for the stranger,H1616 and for him that was bornH249 in the land.H776

And on the dayH3117 that the tabernacleH4908 was reared upH6965 the cloudH6051 coveredH3680 the tabernacle,H4908 namely, the tentH168 of the testimony:H5715 and at evenH6153 there was upon the tabernacleH4908 as it were the appearanceH4758 of fire,H784 until the morning.H1242

So it was alway:H8548 the cloudH6051 coveredH3680 it by day, and the appearanceH4758 of fireH784 by night.H3915

And whenH6310 the cloudH6051 was taken upH5927 from the tabernacle,H168 then afterH310 that the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 journeyed:H5265 and in the placeH4725 where the cloudH6051 abode,H7931 there the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 pitched their tents.H2583

At the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 journeyed,H5265 and at the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 they pitched:H2583 as long asH3117 the cloudH6051 abodeH7931 upon the tabernacleH4908 they restedH2583 in their tents.

And when the cloudH6051 tarried longH748 upon the tabernacleH4908 manyH7227 days,H3117 then the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 keptH8104 the chargeH4931 of the LORD,H3068 and journeyedH5265 not.

And so it was,H3426 when the cloudH6051 was a fewH4557 daysH3117 upon the tabernacle;H4908 according to the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 they abodeH2583 in their tents, and according to the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 they journeyed.H5265
9:21
And so it was,H3426 when the cloudH6051 abode from evenH6153 unto the morning,H1242 and that the cloudH6051 was taken upH5927 in the morning,H1242 then they journeyed:H5265 whether it was by dayH3119 or by nightH3915 that the cloudH6051 was taken up,H5927 they journeyed.H5265

Or whether it were two days,H3117 or a month,H2320 or a year,H3117 that the cloudH6051 tarriedH748 upon the tabernacle,H4908 remainingH7931 thereon, the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 abodeH2583 in their tents, and journeyedH5265 not: but when it was taken up,H5927 they journeyed.H5265

At the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 they restedH2583 in the tents, and at the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 they journeyed:H5265 they keptH8104 the chargeH4931 of the LORD,H3068 at the commandmentH6310 of the LORDH3068 by the handH3027 of Moses.H4872
