and shall takeH3947 of the bloodH1818 of the bullock,H6499 and of the bloodH1818 of the goat,H8163 and putH5414 it upon the hornsH7161 of the altarH4196 round about.H5439 19 And he shall sprinkleH5137 of the bloodH1818 upon it with his fingerH676 sevenH7651 times,H6471 and cleanseH2891 it, and hallowH6942 it from the uncleannessH2932 of the childrenH1121 of Israel.H3478 20 And when he hath made an endH3615 of reconcilingH3722 the holyH6944 place, and the tabernacleH168 of the congregation,H4150 and the altar,H4196 he shall bringH7126 the liveH2416 goat:H8163 21 And AaronH175 shall layH5564 bothH8147 his handsH3027 upon the headH7218 of the liveH2416 goat,H8163 and confessH3034 over him all the iniquitiesH5771 of the childrenH1121 of Israel,H3478 and all their transgressionsH6588 in all their sins,H2403 puttingH5414 them upon the headH7218 of the goat,H8163 and shall send him awayH7971 by the handH3027 of a fitH6261 manH376 into the wilderness:H4057 22 And the goatH8163 shall bearH5375 upon him all their iniquitiesH5771 unto a landH776 not inhabited:H1509 and he shall let goH7971 the goatH8163 in the wilderness.H4057 23 And AaronH175 shall comeH935 into the tabernacleH168 of the congregation,H4150 and shall put offH6584 the linenH906 garments,H899 which he put onH3847 when he wentH935 into the holyH6944 place, and shall leaveH3240 them there: 24 And he shall washH7364 his fleshH1320 with waterH4325 in the holyH6918 place,H4725 and put onH3847 his garments,H899 and come forth,H3318 and offerH6213 his burnt offering,H5930 and the burnt offeringH5930 of the people,H5971 and make an atonementH3722 for himself, and for the people.H5971 25 And the fatH2459 of the sin offeringH2403 shall he burnH6999 upon the altar.H4196 26 And he that let goH7971 the goatH8163 for the scapegoatH5799 shall washH3526 his clothes,H899 and batheH7364 his fleshH1320 in water,H4325 and afterwardH310 comeH935 into the camp.H4264 27 And the bullockH6499 for the sin offering,H2403 and the goatH8163 for the sin offering,H2403 whose bloodH1818 was brought inH935 to make atonementH3722 in the holyH6944 place, shall one carry forthH3318 withoutH2351 the camp;H4264 and they shall burnH8313 in the fireH784 their skins,H5785 and their flesh,H1320 and their dung.H6569 28 And he that burnethH8313 them shall washH3526 his clothes,H899 and batheH7364 his fleshH1320 in water,H4325 and afterwardH310 he shall comeH935 into the camp.H4264 29 And this shall be a statuteH2708 for everH5769 unto you: that in the seventhH7637 month,H2320 on the tenthH6218 day of the month,H2320 ye shall afflictH6031 your souls,H5315 and doH6213 no workH4399 at all, whether it be one of your own country,H249 or a strangerH1616 that sojournethH1481 amongH8432 you: 30 For on that dayH3117 shall the priest make an atonementH3722 for you, to cleanseH2891 you, that ye may be cleanH2891 from all your sinsH2403 beforeH6440 the LORD.H3068 31 It shall be a sabbathH7676 of restH7677 unto you, and ye shall afflictH6031 your souls,H5315 by a statuteH2708 for ever.H5769 32 And the priest,H3548 whom he shall anoint,H4886 and whom he shall consecrateH4390, H3027 to minister in the priest's officeH3547 in his father'sH1 stead, shall make the atonement,H3722 and shall put onH3847 the linenH906 clothes,H899 even the holyH6944 garments:H899 33 And he shall make an atonementH3722 for the holyH6944 sanctuary,H4720 and he shall make an atonementH3722 for the tabernacleH168 of the congregation,H4150 and for the altar,H4196 and he shall make an atonementH3722 for the priests,H3548 and for all the peopleH5971 of the congregation.H6951 34 And this shall be an everlastingH5769 statuteH2708 unto you, to make an atonementH3722 for the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 for all their sinsH2403 onceH259 a year.H8141 And he didH6213 as the LORDH3068 commandedH6680 Moses.H4872
